Arrivals in five minutes
One terminal handles every flight, so there is no wrong hall to land in. You pass through passport control, collect your bags from the one belt serving your flight, and walk out into the arrivals hall.
The exit is a single set of doors, which is what makes a meet and greet so reliable here: there is exactly one place your driver can be.
Where the driver meets you
For a pre-booked transfer the driver waits inside the arrivals hall, holding a board with your name, and helps with your bags. Your flight is tracked from before it leaves, so the pickup time moves with the aircraft rather than with the schedule.
For port arrivals the same rule applies: the driver meets you at the gangway or the terminal gate named on your confirmation, never somewhere you have to find alone.
Delayed flights
A delay changes the pickup, not the price. Because the flight is tracked, the driver is there when you land, and the office duty phone covers every journey around the clock.
There is nothing to notify and nothing to rebook: the booking is tied to the flight, not to a printed arrival time.
Night arrivals
Airport journeys run at every hour of the day. Pickups between midnight and six in the morning carry a fixed night surcharge, and it is shown in the planner before you send the request, never discovered later.
The price you see is the price you pay: one vehicle, one licensed driver, all taxes, parking and airport fees included.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
The flight is tracked, so the driver arrives when you land. The price does not change, and the office duty phone is available around the clock.
How long does the drive take?
Between about eight minutes for Kanoni and about an hour for Kavos. The table below lists the office figures for every destination.
Can I book the return journey too?
Yes. A return is one booking, both directions priced together, and the return leg costs 10% less than the one-way fare.
How much does a transfer cost?
